Customer Analytics

Customer analytics are the enabling technology used to segment practitioners targeted by life science companies (doctors, nurses and therapists) into groupings based on behavior to determine general trends or to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales activities. These solutions are additive to what is provided by CRM solutions. This occurs because some CRM solutions don’t have enough depth in analytics, and traditional business intelligence (BI) tools don’t have life-science-specific sales and marketing expertise.
